Key Responsibilities as Sales Officer jobs in Dharamshala:

Sales & Revenue Growth:

• Drive store-level GMV and revenue for décor categories
• Meet Dharamshala customers and ensure high conversion rates
• Maintain and improve customer satisfaction index
• Execute on-ground demand generation activities

Store & Team Management:

• Manage and improve productivity of store staff
• Conduct team training and grooming with central training teams
• Support recruitment of store team members
• Ensure store operational excellence and hygiene standards

Dealer & Stakeholder Coordination:

• Maintain Dharamshala Dealer Health Card and resolve dealer-related issues
• Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the store
• Coordinate with internal teams for Sleek, Bath, UPVC, WT servicing
• Handle direct accounts related to sales and material servicing follow-ups

Operations & Digital Enablement:

• Ensure smooth order servicing and issue resolution
• Drive effective use of digital tools for customer journey and conversion
• Maintain accurate sales records and follow-ups
